A favor, please

I'm having some trouble keeping track of who is "speaking" as some of
these posts become very interesting as people are commenting on earlier
posts. The little > signs the system puts in help but are sometimes
removed.

Could we all separate our comments from earlier ones by strings of
asterisks or something like "Eileen said..." or "Katy:...." or some
such?
