Queen Anne's influence

Several years ago at an American Branch AGM in New York City,
one of the talented members of the NYC Branch, Maria Elena Torres,
presented a reading of her play "Loyalty Lies". It posits that Anne
was really the power behind the throne. It made a big impression
since we have all been used to thinking of Anne as shy and retiring.
I'm sure that if you contacted Maria, she would tell you all about
it.I don't know for sure but part of the play might be on the American
Branch website.....
