Portrait of Lady Jane Grey?

Painting found in Streatham house could be the only contemporary
portrait of the nine-day queen.

Thanks for that link, Bill - very interesting. I don't know, something
about it seems "wrong" somehow. Maybe it looks more in period, or maybe
the sitter looks younger if you see the original.
By the same token, I won't go by Starkey, either, if he's the one who
insists that this portrait
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_of_Aragon (the first one on the
left hand side, called "Young Catherine") is of Catherine of Aragon,
when it's more likely to be of either young Isabel, Catherine's eldest
daughter, or Juana (and in fact, if you look at the two portraits of
young Catherine on this Wiki site, you'll see there are substantial
differences between them, and both portraits are lifelike enough to take
seriously).
It'll be interesting to see they come with in reference to Lady Jayne.
