I was really excited to hear aobut the Colchester event commemorating
the men who died at Bosworth, Especially John Howard as he is the
persona I portray in the Medieval Siege Society. As we live only a few
miles from Colchester I was going to offer to come along in his
colours and full armour with a banner but...it's Herstmonceaux weekend
- argh!!!
Bad timing to clash with such a huge Wars of the Roses reenactment event.
John and his son will be needed to fend off the Lancastrian hordes I'm
afraid.
Nevermind, maybe there will be another chance.

Yes I do mean the Mid Anglia event. I understand why it's this weekend
of course, just a shame it clashes.
