Which Queen?

I`ve recently been posed the question, "Do you know which Queen of
England did some blood letting herself in order to extract some
poison?" Not quite sure if the blood letting she did was on herself
or on somebody else.

If anyone knows anything, please tell me!

Answering quickly from work and not checking *any* sources, but that sounds to me as if it could be Eleanor of Castile, wife of Edward I, who, if I recall, went with him on Crusade, and did perform some kind of emergency first aid on him.
