Nappa Hall near Askrigg in Wensleydale, was built by Thomas Metcalfe in 1450 and his descendant, 86 year-old farmer William Metcalfe, is now trying to sell it.

According to the Mail on Sunday (part 2, page 50), it was built during "Richard III's reign".
